A3DA AS is the seller and manufacturer of the A3DA products offered on this website.
Terms of Sale
Products and personalisation
Product pages describe the main characteristics, material, personalisation options and price. Colours, grain and texture may vary naturally. A3DA may contact you to confirm artwork, dimensions, compatibility or a production proof before manufacturing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The cart shows the product subtotal, shipping and the total amount charged by A3DA before payment. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees outside Norway are not included and may be collected on delivery. Payment is processed by Stripe; the final Pay button creates an obligation to pay.
Order and contract
Your order becomes binding when payment is completed and A3DA accepts the order. We may reject or refund an order if production is not technically possible, the content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights, or a clear pricing error has occurred. Keep your Stripe receipt and order correspondence as the durable record of the contract.
Customer-supplied content
You confirm that you have the right to use names, logos, images and other files supplied for production. You remain responsible for their accuracy and legality.
Delivery, withdrawal and complaints
Delivery
Estimated delivery time and shipping price are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed. Report visible transport damage promptly and keep the packaging for documentation.
EU/EEA delivery is currently handled by enquiry only while the required EU product-safety representation and import arrangements are being completed. Contact info@a3da.no.
Right of withdrawal
For standard, non-personalised goods sold to consumers in the EU/EEA, you may normally withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods. Notify us clearly by email before the deadline. Return goods without undue delay, unused and suitably protected. The customer normally pays return shipping for a voluntary withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not remove your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or not as agreed.
Defects and guarantee
If a product is defective or does not match the description, contact us with the order reference and photographs. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. For EU consumer sales, the minimum legal guarantee is two years. A3DA covers reasonable return costs for accepted defect claims.
Complaints
Send complaints first to info@a3da.no. We aim to respond within 14 days. If a cross-border consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may contact your national European Consumer Centre or competent alternative dispute resolution body. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is closed.
Privacy Notice
Controller: A3DA AS, organisation number 937 548 990, Innlandsvegen 136, 9021 Tromsdalen, Norway; info@a3da.no.
Data and purposes
We process identity and contact details, billing and delivery information, order contents, personalisation files and instructions, customer correspondence, transaction references and necessary technical records. We use these data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent misuse and meet accounting, tax, product-safety and other legal duties.
Legal bases
Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security, support and improving operations. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only as needed with service providers such as Stripe for payments, website hosting providers, delivery carriers and professional advisers. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. A3DA does not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Personalisation files and correspondence are kept only as long as necessary for production, support, claims and legitimate documentation, then deleted or anonymised. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to eligible processing. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Contact us first at info@a3da.no.
Product safety and traceability
Each online product offer displays a product reference, the manufacturer’s name, postal address and email, plus general safety information. Product-specific warnings or care instructions are supplied where relevant. Use products only as intended, inspect them before use and stop using them if damaged. Decorative items and small components are not toys and must be kept away from small children.
For a safety question, incident or recall enquiry, email info@a3da.no with the product reference, order number and photographs where possible.
EU status: A3DA AS is established in Norway. Direct EU/EEA online checkout remains unavailable until details of an economic operator established in the EU are available for products that require one under the General Product Safety Regulation.
Accessibility statement
A3DA aims to make this website usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and labels, adequate colour contrast and reduced-motion preferences. If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email info@a3da.no. Please identify the page and the problem; we will provide an accessible alternative and work to correct the issue.
