The system integrates with Google services where required for business operations:
- Google Calendar is used to check availability and manage booking and job schedules.
- Google Drive is used to store job-related files and documentation.
- Gmail is used to send booking confirmations, status updates and other service-related communications.
Google user data accessed by A3DA Job Manager is used only to provide these business functions. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared for unrelated purposes.
