By submitting a booking, request or order through A3DA AS, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to submit the request.
A submitted booking is not necessarily a final confirmation. A3DA AS may review availability, pricing, technical feasibility, uploaded artwork, materials and other job requirements before accepting the work.
Where required, a booking becomes confirmed only after approval or confirmation by A3DA AS.
Customers and resellers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, logos, artwork, names, trademarks and other materials may legally be used for the requested work.
A3DA AS may refuse work that is technically unsuitable, unlawful, unsafe, infringes third-party rights or otherwise cannot reasonably be completed.
Prices may depend on the type of service, quantity, material, complexity, travel, tolls, installation requirements and other agreed factors.
Where a price is shown as an estimate, requested price or quotation, the final price may require confirmation by A3DA AS before production or installation begins.
Appointment times may be affected by availability, technical conditions, travel, weather, access conditions or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
A3DA AS is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, inaccessible locations, unsuitable materials, third-party services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The booking system may integrate with external services such as Google Calendar, Google Drive and Gmail. Availability of these functions may depend on those third-party services.
Users must not attempt to misuse, interfere with, gain unauthorised access to, reverse engineer or disrupt the A3DA website, booking system or related infrastructure.
A3DA AS may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on the website at the time of use will apply.
